Before you buy

Will it fit in my car boot?

Measure the boot opening, depth and height, then compare them with the folded size on each product page. Our buying guide shows how, or call us with your measurements and we’ll check for you.

Is delivery really free?

Yes, to mainland UK addresses, for every product including XSTO. Lightweight products arrive by courier and XSTO powerchairs by pallet. Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland are quoted separately.

Can I buy without paying VAT?

Yes, if the product is for an eligible person’s personal or domestic use. Every qualifying product shows its VAT-relief price next to the standard price, and you complete a short declaration when you order. Check if you’re eligible.

Can I take it on a plane?

Many folding chairs travel by air, but each airline decides. Ask yours to confirm the exact model and battery before you book, and we’ll supply the battery documentation.
